📦 Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• To cancel an order, please email us at namaste@okhliwali.com with your Order ID and subject line "Order Cancellation".

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

• You can request a return and refund within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be:
  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

To initiate a return:

• Subject: Refund Request – [Your Order ID]
• Attach the invoice and a brief reason for return

💰 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns for:

• Products that have been used or opened
• Items without original packaging or invoice
• Customized, damaged, or discounted items (unless damaged in transit)

🛠 Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description.
• We will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.
