Okhliwali ships across India. Shipping charges, estimated delivery windows, and service availability may vary by order value, destination, courier coverage, holidays, and operational conditions, but we aim to keep shipping transparent at every step.

  • Free shipping is available on qualifying orders above ₹499.
  • Orders below the free-shipping threshold may attract standard shipping charges, usually calculated or confirmed at checkout.
  • Additional delivery restrictions, COD availability, or zone-based charges may apply in some locations.

Estimated delivery windows

  • Major metro cities are generally delivered faster than remote or non-serviceable-edge locations.
  • Typical delivery estimates may range from 2 to 7 business days for common urban routes and longer for remote areas.
  • Public holidays, weather issues, transport disruption, address verification, or courier delays can affect delivery timing.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch after payment confirmation or COD acceptance and basic order verification. Processing time may vary during weekends, sale periods, stock refreshes, high-order volume, or public holidays.

Tracking and communication

Once an order is dispatched, tracking or shipment updates may be shared through SMS, email, or another available support channel depending on the courier and contact information provided.

Delivery attempts and failed delivery
