Orders and acceptance

• Submitting an order request does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
• Orders may be accepted, placed on hold for verification, or cancelled if stock is unavailable, payment fails, address details are incomplete, or misuse is suspected.
• If we cancel a prepaid order from our side, we will process the applicable refund as per our refund policy.

Pricing and payments

• All listed prices are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping charges, COD charges, discounts, and taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.
• We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors, technical mistakes, or offer misconfigurations.

Returns, refunds, and shipping

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and delivery timelines are governed together with our separate policy pages. Product-level exceptions shown on a specific item page will also apply to that item where relevant.

To the extent permitted by law, Okhliwali is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, delivery delays caused by external factors, third-party platform downtime, or customer misuse of products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, subject to applicable law, shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
