Step by step instructions
Wash methi leaves thoroughly and chop them finely.
Peel and dice potatoes into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add a pinch of Okhliwali Hing.
Add potatoes and cook for 5–7 minutes.
Add turmeric and salt, mix well.
Add chopped methi leaves and stir.
Cook uncovered until potatoes are soft and methi is cooked.
Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
Serve hot.
