Step by step instructions

  • Boil potatoes until soft, peel and cut into cubes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on medium heat.
  • Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add a pinch of Okhliwali Hing and mix quickly.
  • Add potato cubes and stir gently.
  • Add turmeric, salt, and red chili powder.
  • Cook on medium flame, stirring occasionally.
  • Roast until potatoes turn slightly crispy and golden.
