Step by step instructions
Boil potatoes until soft, peel and cut into cubes.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on medium heat.
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add a pinch of Okhliwali Hing and mix quickly.
Add potato cubes and stir gently.
Add turmeric, salt, and red chili powder.
Cook on medium flame, stirring occasionally.
Roast until potatoes turn slightly crispy and golden.
Turn off heat and serve hot.
